Through a combination of tight engineering tolerances and a combo infra-red emitter/convection cure oven EVCO was able to meet the stringent design criteria. Time from when our crews hit the project site and the system was running was 4 weeks

Full Automatic Powder Coating System Removal and Install in 28 days!
EVCO Engineered Solutions was retained to design and install a new powder coating system to replace the existing aged system. The goals were to reduce the footprint of the new system, minimize the impact on the operations and get the client back up and running as quickly as possible.
EVCO removed the 1000+ feet of side-by-side conveyor, multiple powder booths, a passthrough washer, dryoff and cure ovens, two conveyor stackups and all associated utilities. After which, EVCO installed 680 feet of enclosed track with a passthrough washer, dryoff oven, automatic powder booth, manual powder booth, cure oven and all associated ductwork and building utilities. Time from shutdown to the first part painted on the new line was 28 days!

EVCO Engineered Solutions was contracted to install a combination dryoff and cure oven. With a crew of 6, EVCO installed the oven in three days, including the installation of over/under rail inside the oven

Batch and Passthrough
This client expanded their operations into a new facility to include a passthrough system with a 5 stage washer, Dryoff oven, quick color change powder booth and Cure oven. In addition, EVCO designed and installed a batch system to compliment their business capabilities and accomodate 25′ long parts. EVCO Custom engineered a Gantry crane to convey large and heavy parts between the batch booths.

Automatic Passthrough System
This is our second powder coating system for this customer. The install was for an automatic passthrough powdercoating system including a washer, dry off oven, automatic and manual powder booth and dryoff oven. The system was installed ontime, within budget and had minimal impact to their production operations.

Customer wanted to bring powder coating in-house with very limited available space. EVCO’s sales engineer proposed numerous unique layout options to fit the available space. EVCO installed the resulting system over an existing loading dock taking advantage of previously unused square footage.

Passthrough Washer
The client wants to automate as much of their powdercoating process as possible. A multi-stage passthrough washer is an ideal companion to a conveyorizied painting system. This washer is setup for an over/under power and free conveyor.

The client needed the ability to process parts up to 40ft long which had previously tied up his adjacent powder coating line for days. EVCO designed and installed this system in a previously underutilized section of the clients warehouse. This new batch line had an ROI of 18 months.

This customer requested the ability to provide to their clients an unlimited choice of colors for their product. It was unrealistic for them to stock all colors at their warehouse. EVCO designed and installed a powdercoating line with the ability to powder coat their raw stock up to 13 feet long. Since installing this line the customer’s custom order business has exploded – vastly increasing their return on investment.
