Stephen Eva
Sales Engineer
Steve is a long time problem solver – as one enthusiastic customer noted: “Steve has more good ideas than most people have bowel movements”.
Steve has over 45 years in business and has approached every endeavor with the driven motivation to do things better and smarter. He proposes creative solutions to customers and listens carefully to their needs and priorities. Steve has been around paint and coatings all of his life starting as a painting contractor, evolving into a mobile abrasive blasting business, then developing robotic painting for industrial applications and ending up as a full service finishing system integrator. He has extensive experience in all facets of industrial paint and powder coating equipment including; application equipment, paint and powder booths, pre-treatment washers, RO systems, conveyor systems and industrial ovens. He is uniquely qualified to help customers with their finishing needs.
Steve has degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Grove City College and is an active Rotarian. In his spare time he is a Symphony Orchestra Conductor producing numerous concerts and Musical Shows. He is married and the proud father of five (5) children who are now all productive adults.
Charles Eva, PE
Engineer
Charles is an accomplished professional engineer and operations manager with years of critical thinking and decision-making experience not only behind a computer but also in the field directing multi-million dollar installations. Charles has a history of delivering strategic data driven solutions while still making the process and working experience engaging for the team. Regarded by his colleagues as a joy to work with and someone who consistently delivers results.
Charles has a masters degree in structural engineering from UC San Diego and is a registered professional engineer in the state of California. He has managed the installation of numerous small and large scale projects around the nation for EVCO.
Off hours, Charles is an outdoors enthusiast spending his time with an array of sports including mountain biking, dirt biking, kiteboarding, hiking, snowboarding, surfing and camping.
