Phase 1 – Consulting
Multistep process:

Current and future coating needs: This step is critical in obtaining the framework for current system modifications and/or new system integration
Organize process team: Based on the information collected EVCO will meet with your current (or future) chemical and coating suppliers that will service your account into the future. We will lead meetings as needed to determine the most ideal process to meet your goals.
These steps sets the stage for EVCO’s engineers to design the ideal equipment around your unique reqruiements.
Phase 2 – Engineering and Design
Sample System Layouts: EVCO will generate numerous system layouts, options and variants to meet your design goals.
Client meetings for review: EVCO meets with your team to review all layouts and variants. Quick, inperson feedback is the key to resolve all challenges thoroughly.
Quick reivison turnarounds: EVCO’s team works tirelessley to revise and return new layouts in a timely manner.
Final Engineering Drawings for approval: Once a design has been agreed upon, EVCO generates detailed engineering drawings for final approval before fabrication.
Phase 3 – Installation

- Equipment Install:
EVCO’s equipment are designed to minimize the time in the field which minimizes the disruption to your operations.

EVCO is well positioned to handle any and all utility drops in and out of our equipment.
- Building Modifications:
EVCO’s systems are designed to snugly fit in the smallest footprint. However, if there isn’t quite enough room EVCO can aid in the modifications of your existing facility to accomodate the system.
